Good tested not properly yet. Left half hour in sun-14:00 14:30 and noticed not charging. Will Test better and back to say as was. Found small plate (added a photo of my next cell cover for comparison)

In winter, in solar weather, it emits 5V and 0.1a
With sun gives the current amperium. Inside Room, with fluorescents does not give usb output, but, on plate pins I measured 4 volts. Very useful for charging the phone in isolated places. The plate contacts, with the 4 volts, I can power a 3v engine to move a mini rotating table, inside the house and in good light. Recommended.
All Super goods are accurate but the problem well has been very long
